There was a forest fire in Virginia on the side of the interstate, they detoured us around the smoke, I saw a minivan burnt to a crisp in PA as well. Thats about all the excitement there was on the road, its always nice to look at the scenery too.

Forbidden rice (aka Chinese black rice) is good. Be careful when serving it, it will stain a nice shade of purple, just like Peruvian purple potatoes. I hope everyone is enjoying the Chinese New Year festivities if you celebrate it. OK thats all, be good to people.
